1. Operator
The services are operated by RedStreak s.r.o., company ID 21693242, with its registered office at Dlouhá 730/35, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 405159. 2. Acceptance
By using a service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. A specific contract takes precedence for paid projects and business services.
3. ComicCon service
ComicCon displays a public event schedule, lets users create personal picks and, after separate consent, synchronises them with a calendar. RedStreak is not the event organiser or owner of the published programme unless stated otherwise. Source schedules can change and the app may not reflect every change immediately.
4. Accounts and external providers
You may sign in with a supported Google, Microsoft or Apple account. Your relationship with that provider remains subject to its own terms. You must not share credentials or bypass security features and should report suspected misuse promptly.
Calendar connection is optional and separate from sign-in. You can revoke access with the provider or through supported app controls. Revocation can stop future synchronisation but may not itself delete events already created.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, disrupt its operation, bypass limitations, test vulnerabilities without prior written permission, create unreasonable automated load or infringe another person's rights. We may proportionately restrict access in response to abuse, security risk or breach of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
RedStreak software, design, text and marks are protected by applicable rights. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service for its intended purpose. Third-party names, brands and content remain with their owners.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of a free service. We may maintain, change or discontinue features. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes. Check the official event source before relying on the schedule.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, a third party's schedule changes, an external provider outage or delayed calendar updates. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or any mandatory consumer right.
9. Ending use and deleting an account
You may stop using the service, disconnect a provider and request account deletion through Manage or delete data. We may terminate an account for serious or repeated breach after notice where circumstances permit.
10. Consumer disputes
Please contact pospisek.michal@redstreak.cz first so we can try to resolve the matter directly. A consumer dispute arising from a service contract that cannot be settled by agreement may be referred to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, coi.gov.cz. The former EU ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Czech law without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. An updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
